A touch of class
Gentle sea breezes waft through narrow streets, brushing past traditional villas, stylish hotels and three of the finest sandy beaches. In the early 20th century, this was a mecca for Mallorca’s fashionable set. Today, Peguera attracts a new crowd. People from all over the world drop anchor in the local marinas, or set up home here.
The Bulevar de Peguera features small shops selling shoes, watches and handbags. Visitors can also enjoy numerous restaurants and beach clubs at sundown. Anyone who sets foot here will succumb to Peguera’s international charm and sophistication – even out of season. It’s also worth mentioning that many German doctors and dentists are based in Peguera thanks to its excellent infrastructure. Outside the town centre, Peguera boasts spectacular landscape for keen hikers or mountain bikers.
